2. Description of Services

AceTel provides global connectivity solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Industrial 4G/5G routers and IoT gateways.
  • Mobile broadband data plans and SIM management platforms.
  • Customized IoT hardware and firmware solutions.

3. Use of Services and User Obligations

  • Lawful Use: You agree to use our hardware and connectivity services only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the services for any unauthorized data interception, network interference, or illegal activities.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided for our management platforms.
  • Equipment Compliance: You must ensure that any third-party equipment used in conjunction with AceTel services complies with local telecommunications regulations.

4. Connectivity and Service Availability

  • Network Coverage: While AceTel strives to provide seamless global connectivity, service availability depends on third-party carrier networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in all locations at all times.
  • Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance on our cloud platforms, which may result in temporary service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including software code, firmware, logos, and technical documentation, is the exclusive property of Ace Solutions Co., Limited.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the firmware provided within AceTel hardware.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized modification of our software is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Pricing: Service fees and hardware prices are subject to the specific commercial agreement or quotation provided at the time of purchase.
  • Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or import fees required by your local jurisdiction.
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend connectivity services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed credit terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

  • AceTel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business profits) arising from the use or inability to use our IoT devices or connectivity services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
