A Cost-Optimized GPON Ont with 4G LTE
The TG900L is the AC1200 version of AceTel’s GPON plus LTE line. It keeps the parts that matter for an operator rollout: a standards-based GPON port, an LTE Cat6 modem with a SIM slot, an FXS voice port and OMCI management. It uses a dual-band Wi-Fi 5 radio (300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 900 Mbps on 5 GHz) instead of Wi-Fi 6, which fits subscriber plans where the broadband tier does not need AX3000 speeds.
The LTE modem is a second connection path next to the fiber link. The active path and switching behavior are set by firmware policy, so agree the WAN behavior you need when you evaluate a sample. The LTE band list (FDD B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28, TDD B38/B40/B41) targets Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. It does not include North American LTE bands such as B2, B4, B12, B13 or B66, so operators in that region should discuss a band variant before ordering.
LAN, WAN and Voice Ports with Full Vlan Support
Two 100/1000 Mbps LAN ports and one 100/1000 Mbps WAN port cover a typical home or small office, and the single RJ-11 FXS port carries analog voice over SIP with G.729, G.722, G.711a and G.711 codecs. For triple-play deployments the software supports 802.1Q tag VLAN as well as transparent, translation and trunk modes, so voice, IPTV and internet traffic can be separated on the subscriber side. Firewall features include SPI and DoS protection, IP, MAC and domain filtering, and IP/MAC binding.
